Return & Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to inspect the parcel and the products as soon as you receive your delivery. If at this stage you notice that the parcel is defective, please accept it - however you must make the delivery person aware. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of any shortages, any product defects, any incorrect products or any other complaint in relation to your delivery. In case of any issue, please make sure that you take photographs of any damage or deficiencies and include these whenever you contact us. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage caused to you parcel during delivery.
If you fail to notify us about the above within 24 hours of receipt, we will not be liable to you regarding any complaint which should have been brought to our attention within the 24-hour period.
Our main priority is to do our best to keep our customers happy. Therefore, in case of any of the above issues we will give you the option for a full refund or replacement of any products that do not comply with your standards. We will not be able to refund you in case you do not provide photographic evidence of any product-related issue or if your order items are not damaged or defective.
Please note, that all our products are packed in Greece by our suppliers. In case of any issues related to the product(s) received, please notify us immediately and we will follow up with the relative supplier to investigate the issue further. Our products are stored in our warehouse facilities that are in compliance with the latest food safety regulations.
