A honey with a delicate flavour coming from the lush island of Corfu, invites you on a special aroma trip. Our flower honey is collected in June every year. it has a golden colour and unique taste. It is very popullar to those who seek a lighter experience in the word of honey.
The flower honey will start to naturally crystallise 3-4 months after it has been packaged. The best way to decrystallise it would be, partially submerge in warm water, no hotter than 35°C, to ensure that the nutritional value remains unaffected.
